Trekking Paron Lake

A relatively level day trek along the largest and longest lake in the Huascarán National Park to the lake of Artesoncocha, fed directly from the joint glacier of Nevados Garcilaso, Paria, and Artesonraju—the latter also known as the «Paramount» from the famous Hollywood company.

This trek takes you through probably one of the most spectacular valleys in the Cordillera Blanca.
